Before sending us your technical support questions, please refer to our extensive user's guides, tutorials and FAQ section first.
General questions regarding the basic functionality of the product will be provided free of charge to all licensed users via email correspondence only. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your question. In most instances, we can provide a faster response if you send us your data file and model file (.lgf, .lgs, .chd, etc.). Your files are considered confidential and will only be used for the purpose of troubleshooting your question.
Please note that specific questions regarding your own data sets fall under the category of consulting.

- Generally, we will provide a response within 2 business days. If you do not receive a response from us in 2 business days, please contact us, as this is an indication that your email has not been received.
