Order and Shipping Policies
Making a Purchase
All software orders can be placed online. Alternatively, you may place an order by contacting Will Barker at 617-489-4490. Our office hours are 8:30AM – 5:00PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
In most cases, within 1 business day of receiving your order, we will email you your invoice along with a link to download the program so that you may begin using it right away. Software CDs are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping and Handling
Your CDs are generally shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order.
U.S. Orders: All continental U.S. orders will be shipped via U.S. Priority mail. Shipping and handling fees are $10 per shipment. A tracking confirmation number can be provided upon request. Signature confirmation delivery services are available for an additional $5.
International orders: All international orders will be shipped via U.S. Express mail. Shipping and handling fees for Canada and Mexico are $25 per shipment and $40 per shipment for all other countries.

Tax Charges
For all software purchases made by customers within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a 5% sales tax will be applied. All other purchases are tax exempt. If your organization is tax exempt in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, please let us know and provide the necessary documentation to prove your tax exemption.

Top License Agreement Summary (see our License Agreement for complete details)
Each software license specifies the terms and conditions for usage by a single user. Our software can be installed on multiple computers so long as it is used only by that user. Even if the software is installed on a single computer, use by more than one individual is a violation of the license agreement. We offer discounts for additional users; please inquire about these discounts.
Transferring a license: For instances when a licensed user leaves an organization, his/her license may be transferred to another user at the organization. To complete this license transfer, we must have written confirmation that the originally licensed user agrees to stop using the software completely and agrees to transfer the license to a specific person at the organization.

Renewing Latent GOLD® Choice Software Licenses
Latent GOLD® Choice: This software is licensed on an annual basis which must be renewed each year on or before its expiration date in order to continue using it. If the license is renewed after its expiration date, the renewed annual license will
still expire one year from the date that the previous license expired -- not one year from the date that the license was renewed. Latent GOLD® Basic/Advanced: This license is perpetual--it does not expire.
SI-CHAID®: This license is perpetual--it does not expire.
GOLDMineR®: This license is perpetual--it does not expire.
Upgrades on all programs are offered periodically.

Software Support
General questions regarding the basic functionality of the product will be provided free of charge to all licensed users via email correspondence only. Support will not be provided until we can confirm that you are a licensed user. Please have your invoice number and registration codes available when you contact us regarding support.
LG-Syntax Users: General questions regarding the basic functionality of the product will be provided free of charge to all licensed users via our LG Discussion Board. If you are a licensed user of the LG-Syntax module and do not have a login ID and password for the discussion board, please email Will Barker.
LG Choice Users: Unlike our other products, the annual Latent GOLD® Choice license includes extended support and updates as part of the annual fee.
Privacy Statement
Statistical Innovations Inc. does not disclose its customer information to third parties. Any information collected about customers is used for billing and product mailing purposes. Customer information in our databases is also used to identify registered users in order to provide free technical support. Occasionally, SI will mail and email offers regarding our products and services. If you wish to be removed from these mailings, please email Will Barker.
