Some of our customers have been
experiencing rejected emails when contacting Statistical
Innovations. We are currently investigating the issue to
understand where the problem is occurring. If you have experienced a
rejected email, please refer your IT department to this webpage so
that they may provide the necessary information to aid us in this
investigation.
To help us resolve
this problem, it would be helpful to have a copy of the bounceback
message from the sending mail server with the detailed headers, or
even better, entries of the SMTP log for the failed delivery from
the sending mail server.
In the meantime, please use our
alternative email address until the issue is resolved.
